Green Circle Growers invested in the purchase and installation of energy and shade curtains. These curtains are designed to insulate the building envelope. The curtain project reduced Green Circle’s heat consumption by forty three percent.
Buckley Growers
$250,000 Awarded from Grants and Incentives. Large Emission Reduction.
The goal of the project included the installation of a boiler and piping system to convert Waste Management methane gas into a functioning hot water heating system, supplying heat to Buckley Growers neighboring greenhouse ranges. They also installed energy curtains and climate control systems to maximize energy efficiencies.![]()
Boar’s Head Provisions
$3.6 Million from Grants and Incentives
Our collaboration with national food processor, Boar’s Head Provisions, led to the the company’s manufacturing expansion and construction of a new refrigerated facility in Holland, Michigan. Negotiation with the city and state resulted in tax credits, training grants and infrastructure financing.

$3.5 Million Awarded from Grants and Incentives
The project includes incentives negotiated with the state of Michigan to assist the company’s expansion and construction of a 300,000 square foot new manufacturing facility in Norton Shores, Michigan. Negotiation with the city and state resulted in tax credits, training grants and infrastructure training.![]()
Pleasant View
$500,000 Energy Grant Awarded
Pleasant View Gardens, Inc. is planning to install a 400hp Hurst biomass boiler to replace the use of #2 fuel oil to heat 100% of their greenhouse ranges. This is an energy replacement project and reduced their energy costs by eighty percent.
