Our Story

Viability began in 2003 as a one-man operation led by Chris Byrnes, a seasoned economic development professional.  While originally focused on grants and incentives for business expansion, Viability ’s services have grown in response to the energy markets and talented personnel acquisitions.  Viability now assists businesses in financial strategies that encompass grants and incentives,  energy project financing, and carbon credit financing.
